4. Main Features:
4.1 This series of balancing machine adopts belt drive to ensure the balance quality and precision of the workpiece, the belt drive is easy to load and unload, and the working efficiency is high.
4.2 The equipment supports a variety of measurement methods, which can measure dynamic and static balance, and as many as 10 kinds of support methods.
4.3 Belt drive can avoid the residual unbalance of universal coupling itself and the unbalance caused by coupling fixture. Therefore the unbalance of the product can be measured accurately.
4.4 Hardware and software double filtering, stable data and strong anti-interference type.
4.5 Adjustable loading and unloading, forward and reverse rotation.
4.6 Measuring system adopts microcomputer measuring system. The speed, unbalance value and angle are displayed digitally. The unbalance value is directly displayed in "g" or “mg”, which is very intuitive.
4.7 The equipment adopts piezoelectric (magnetoelectric) sensor, which has the advantages of large output, reliable performance and high sensitivity.
